The Southern Grampians Shire Council is seeking a motivated and passionate Maternal and Child Health Coordinator to lead our Maternal and Child Health Services Team in the delivery of maternal health services to the Southern Grampians Community.
The Coordinator oversees all aspects of the Maternal and Child Health operations, with a particular focus on service collaboration and integration, and a team culture that promotes excellent and best practice.
You will provide leadership of the team, supporting and promoting positive culture and driving innovation and continuous improvement across the service.
The ideal Coordinator will be highly experienced, qualified and a caring MCH Nurse, with extensive operational management of services and staff.
Your background includes delivering inclusive strategies, policies and programming to enhance outcomes and provide positive access for children and families, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, vulnerable families and those from culturally diverse backgrounds.
