Acting Manager People and Culture

Fixed term Senior Executive Officer position commencing 8 July 2024 through to 3 January 2025

 

Looking to gain experience at a Senior Leadership level?

 

This exciting 5-month parental leave secondment opportunity is available for a motivated and passionate individual to learn and grow as a leader within Southern Grampians Shire Council. With 2 direct reports and a team of 8, the Manager People and Culture role oversees the delivery of Human Resources, Health and Safety, Risk Management, Learning & Development and Payroll within the organisation.

 

Through collaboration and partnership, the Manager People and Culture supports the organisational culture and work environment. Training and guidance will be available throughout the secondment to ensure the People and Culture team continue to deliver specialist, accurate and quality advice and support to the organisation.
