The Community Partnerships Officer (formerly named Community Engagement Coordinator) is responsible for building community participation, capacity and leadership through the development and maintenance of strong stakeholder relationships.
The position involves engaging with the community, supporting activities and events, and providing an excellent customer experience to our community in a way that combines local knowledge, empathy and resourcefulness.
The Community Partnerships Officer works in a dynamic team who share a passion for helping the community participate in local government and supporting an inclusive community. The role will interact, develop relationships and collaborate with our residents, communities, groups, visitors and Neighbours to promote connection and foster co-operation and understanding.
