Join the team at the Hamilton Performing Arts Centre (HPAC) and Hamilton Cinema.
Are you passionate about the arts and cinema? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where customer service is key? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Casual Ushers at HPAC and Hamilton Cinema.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting patrons and providing excellent customer service
- Checking tickets and assisting with seating
- Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of public areas
- Assisting with crowd control and guiding patrons during events
- Answering questions and providing information about performances and screenings
- Operating Kiosks/Bar Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Enthusiasm for the performing arts and cinema
- Current Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA)
- Current Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain one with 3 months of employment
