An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team.
This position will provide an effective and efficient service in relation to the maintenance of Council buildings to the appropriate standards whilst complying with relevant legislation and required levels of service.
This position will also ensure that Council's facilities are inspected, condition rated and valued appropriately.
