About the role: 

There is a genuine growth opportunity available with the Signet’s Sales Team to hone your skills with the right support and guidance. You will be provided with a structured skills matrix and personalised sales coaching plan to assist with promoting a range of products to new and active customers in the small to medium (SME) segment. This role will see you grow our business by interacting with assigned customers through face-to-face visits and over the phone proactive communication. A partnership focus is required in order to proactively strengthen and develop new relationships and maintain and grow our customer database.

About you:

A team player with a competitive spirit is an ideal fit for this role. You love to smash your target, but customer relationships are always your priority! You will need plenty of energy and grit day to day, and a learning mindset will help you embrace our systems and products quickly.

Your skill set will include:

  • Great communication with customers, stakeholders, and team members
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Good knowledge of NAV and CRM
  • A strength is time management and problem solving
  • Recent university Graduate or due for completion.
  • Current driver’s license
