Our commitment to innovation and excellence has made us a preferred choice for clients Australia wide. We are seeking a dedicated Process Operator to join our manufacturing team in Brisbane.

About the role:

As a Process Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the efficient operation of mixing machinery working with materials to manufacture aerosol paint and Ink products. Your attention to detail and dedication to quality will contribute to our ongoing success. You will be responsible for following production instructions to mix and mill raw materials to create paint & ink products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow production recipe & instructions to blend & mill materials and operate machinery to produce high-quality paint & ink products.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and machine efficiency.
  • Monitor quality of product blends during production for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary with the support from our technical staff.
  • Perform basic routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to prevent accidents and promote a safe work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to lift and load up to 25kg
  • Current Forklift Licence (would be advantageous)
