Machine Asset Coordinator

Are you are a competent administrator, who is looking for a challenge? A role that is primarily structured and process-driven, but offers the opportunity to review, streamline and improve how we administer, track, repair, audit, and report on our packaging machine assets across our customer sites, this is the role for you!

About the Role:

Reporting to the National Procurement Manager,  as the Machine Asset Coordinator, you will be part of the Procurement team, a supportive, friendly and open-minded bunch, and you will make an impact being the go-to person overseeing our packaging machine assets.

This is an ideal role for you, if you:

  1. Enjoy a challenge – and see things through to the end.
  2. Have strong coordination skills – the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  3. Are process-orientated and have a knack for simplifying/streamlining how work is carried out.
  4. Enjoy working autonomously, but also collaboratively as part of a team.

 

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Administration experience, ideally in a similar role (raising work orders, invoices, coordinating third parties, liaising with customers and inhouse stakeholders)
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel (creating formulas eg VLook Up, using Excel shortcuts)
  • Excellent people skills – ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate effectively to different audiences
