As our Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll manage key financial processes, build strong customer relationships, and help achieve collection goals. About the Role:

In this key role, you’ll play an active part in driving financial success by meeting monthly collection targets and managing financial risks effectively. You’ll take charge of timely collections, ensure accounts are reconciled, and maintain accurate database records. With direct customer interaction, you’ll resolve overdue payments and collaborate across departments to optimize credit risk management.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

 

  • Strong customer service skills with a solid grasp of principles and processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in task management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • The ability to handle pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • A reliable, team-oriented approach, with the capability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Accounts receivable and collections experience is valued but not essential.
