About the Role:
In this key role, you’ll play an active part in driving financial success, by:
- Managing overdue accounts and following up outstanding payments.
- Liaising with customers and internal teams regarding account and credit queries.
- Processing and reviewing credit-related transactions, including orders on credit hold and incoming payments.
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date account and database records.
- Processing new accounts and account changes within required timeframes.
- Monitoring for and addressing any potentially fraudulent activity.
About You:
If you excel in fast-paced environments, are proficient in MS Office, and have a self-driven attitude, we’d love to have you on our team.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- 2+ years’ experience in accounts receivable and collections.
- Strong customer service skills with a solid grasp of principles and processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in task management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to handle pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Reliable team player with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
