The role is based at our Brisbane Head Office in Wakerley.

 

About the role:

Within the role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer interactions; handling custom orders, resolving enquiries, and ensuring every touchpoint leaves a lasting impression. You’ll engage with customers via inbound calls and email, processing orders, assisting with unique requests, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer journey.

 

Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll also be a key player in keeping things running smoothly whether it's providing product insights, refining database records, supporting marketing campaign efforts, or even jumping in as backup for the customer experience call centre team when required. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong customer service skills via inbound calls and email
  • Problem-solving mindset with initiative and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and communication skills, adapting to different audiences
  • Experience in a high-volume, customer-focused admin role
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Experience meeting and exceeding KPI goals
  • Positive attitude and strong team player, contributing to a great vibe!
