The Opportunity 

We are seeking a personable and highly organised Administration Support Officer to join our team in South Nowra. In this role you will be able to apply your skills and experience to effectively and efficiency provide administrative support to Flagstaff business divisions. In this role you are responsible for responding to and initiating daily client, supplier and contractor interaction, processing invoices, allocation of equipment and resources, issuing payments and providing general accounts support. 

The Ideal Candidate

  • You will need to have strong communication skills with a range of stakeholders.
  • You will have to be able to maintain documentation, including filing, in a timely and accurate manner whilst ensuring a high level of accuracy in all paperwork, record keeping and/or data entry.

  • You will need to be able to assist in the provision of effective administrative and customer support to the divisions. 

  • You will need to be able to maintain an allocation/scheduled resources using computerised systems to ensure all deliveries and collections are coordinated to meet customer needs. 

  • You will need to be able to create and maintain accurate, up-to-date vendor and customer records.

  • You will need knowledge and experience in accounts payable and receivable, payroll and accounting within a Finance Management System. 

  • You will need a Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Note:

An informal function of the role will be building and maintaining a relationship with our employees and assisting in maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
