Bush Heritage Australia are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Program Manager to join the Regenerative Agriculture and Natural Capital team.

About the role

Reporting to the Executive Manager Regenerative Agriculture and Natural Capital, the Strategic Partnerships Program Manager is responsible for researching, developing, executing and maintaining key strategic partnerships with key organisations (or individuals) in line with sectors prioritised by the SLT and Board. The partnerships will be large scale and unique creating win-win opportunities for Bush Heritage and our partners resulting in substantial positive environmental impact and financial and in-kind revenue to Bush Heritage. The position will also work closely with relevant marketing and fundraising teams on agreed workplace giving opportunities.

The position will work directly with Bush Heritage teams to ensure optimal outcomes are achieved aligned to the organisation’s values, assets and existing programmes.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Significant experience in a corporate partnership manager role
  • Highly tuned relationship management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and achieve large scale outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience in research and analysis
  • Self-starter requiring minimum supervision
  • Well-developed organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, be flexible and responsive
  • High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
