Your Role:

As a Delivery Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting IT projects and service delivery initiatives.
Work closely with the Agile Project Delivery team to identify opportunities for service improvement and drive project execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify service improvement opportunities
  • Monitor project delivery lifecycle and report on progress
  • Provide support in stakeholder management and requirement gathering
  • Assist in the execution of infrastructure and end-user computing projects
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service focus and drive for positive change

Your Profile:

If you have a tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, along with experience in IT service delivery, we want to hear from you!

  • Experience in supporting IT projects in complex organisations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and knowledge of Jira
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders

If you have Agile Certification or experience, that's a plus!

  • Hours of work: Temporary Full Time 35 hours per week with option of 19 day month flex time arrangement. Opportunity expected to be available for up to 6 months.
