Your Role in Delivering Exceptional Customer Service
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
The position is responsible for the enrolment of children to Council’s Early Education Centres and the associated administrative tasks to support new and enrolled families at the centres. This role is a great opportunity to build your administration and customer service skills whilst making a positive impact on our Children’s Services staff, the children and their families.
Your Profile and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who bring a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. While prior experience in customer service and administration is essential, additional experience or knowledge of Children's Services would be highly desirable.

- Package: $65,460 - $69,281 gross p.a. (full time equivalent) plus 11% superannuation.
- Hours of work: 2 days per week, (14 hours per week, Thursday and Friday) Start times vary between 7:30am - 9:00am. Temporary part-time position expected to be available up to December 2024.
