As a Civil Engineer at Sutherland Shire Council, you will play a key role in designing cost-effective and environmentally sensitive solutions for various projects, from roads to parks. Be responsible for the compilation of tender documents including conditions of tender, draft conditions of contract, technical specification, contract drawings and quantity schedules
Your Profile
Are you a Civil Engineering professional looking to make a meaningful difference? Here's what we're looking for:
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
- Hands-on experience in design and drafting of construction projects
- Expertise in stormwater drainage systems and CAD software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment including landscape architects, surveyors and construction managers

- Package: From $96,668 gross p.a. plus 3.5% civil liability allowance and 11.5% superannuation (Salary will be determined based on the skills and experience of the successful candidate).
- Hours of work: Permanent Full Time. 35 hours per week with option of a 19 day month flexitime arrangement.
