About The Role
As a Civil Construction Foreperson in our Civil Operations team, you will play a critical role in managing and executing various construction projects. You will be responsible for supervising field operations, ensuring that work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
Your leadership will be key in coordinating with team members and stakeholders, troubleshooting on-site challenges, and maintaining project timelines. You will also be responsible for training new team members and developing best practises within the team.
About You
The ideal candidate for the Civil Construction Foreperson position will possess a blend of leadership skills and technical expertise. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and has a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the civil construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certifications/Licences in relevant areas (Trade Certificate, Class C Drivers Licence, White Card) are mandatory.

- Package: From $80,196 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week with a 9-day fortnight.
