We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, industrial setting and has the following qualifications and experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as a Return-to-Work Coordinator Certification or equivalent experience in injury and return-to-work management.
- Demonstrated experience in injury management and workers' compensation, with knowledge of SIRA legislation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and build rapport across a range of stakeholders.
- A confident, adaptable approach to managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
- A current Driver’s Licence, as the role involves visiting workers throughout the Sutherland Shire.
