As a HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions within the organisation.

  • Provide high quality human resource support services relevant to on-boarding, retention, employment relations and recruitment functions.
  • Act as the subject matter expert and responsible for the management of key HR processes, analytics, reporting and systems support.
  • Be self-directed and solution focused, demonstrating sound problem solving, research and analytical abilities. 

Things You’ll Do:

  • Utilise your exceptional communication and relationship building skills to provide professional advice and customer focused outcomes in areas such as parental leave, higher grade payments to employees, secondary employment and transition to retirement arrangements.
  • Use your critical thinking skills to assess and report on data regarding employment relations and recruitment. 
  • Possess a sound and up to date awareness of HR policies and industrial instruments and undertake audits and research of current HR policies and determinations as required.
  • Provide officer level support to the HR Business Partners on employment relations matters and in supporting the maintenance of the employee establishment.

  • Package: $80,196 to $89,815 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
  • Hours of work: Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week, 19 day month flex time arrangement available.
