Your Role as a Bush Regenerator
As a Bush Regenerator, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and conservation of the Sutherland Shire's urban bushland and coastal ecosystems. Working hands-on with our dedicated bush regeneration team, you will carry out essential tasks aimed at improving local environmental assets while adhering to our high standards of safety and quality.
Your daily responsibilities will include vegetation management, dune maintenance, tree planting, erosion control, and the application of best practises for herbicide use. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure our projects meet the needs of the community while promoting ecological sustainability.

- Essential qualifications: Certificate in Conservation & Land Management Level 3, current Class C Driver's Licence, and Chem Cert Certificate.
- Strong experience in bushland regeneration techniques and practises.
- Strong skills in weed identification, revegetation, and safe handling of chemicals.
- Proficient in using horticultural plant and equipment with a problem-solving mindset.

- Package: $67,000 - $71,000 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
