As a Visitor Services Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our arts and culture venues are not only safe and well-presented but also engaging for all visitors. Your contributions will help build a thriving community through shared experiences and artistic expression.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the arts and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
- Essential qualifications include study towards an Arts qualification or Business Studies.
- Demonstrated customer service experience in hospitality, performance venues, or art galleries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage challenging situations.
- Desirable experience includes familiarity with the operational needs of art galleries or performance venues.

- Package: $59,723 - $63,303 gross p.a. (full time equivalent) plus 11.5% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Part-time position (28 hours per week)
