As a vital part of our Corporate division, the Information Management and Technology Unit (IM&T) plays a crucial role in providing IT services and enhancing the employee and customer experience. 

About the Role

As an integral part of our team, you will help maintain the accuracy of Council's Name and Address (NAR) system and establish standards and processes for managing Council information, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing overall service delivery.

Your duties will include investigating duplicated records, collaborating with various business units, and supporting the continuous improvement of our data management practises.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in data management and a passion for enhancing customer experiences. Here's what we are looking for:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or significant experience in records or customer-based information management.
  • Extensive experience with organisational data in an ERP system, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in developing data standards and processes, with the ability to champion these across the organisation.
  • Ability to create process maps of as-is and to-be states.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.

  • Package: $91,120 - $102,059 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
  • Hours of work: Temporary Full-Time 35 hrs per week with option of 19 day month flex time arrangement. Opportunity is expected to be available for up to 12 months.
