About The Role

The Property Business Partner will actively enhance property portfolio management by overseeing lease negotiations, renewals, and the issuance of permits and licenses, while ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation. This role also involves fostering and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and key internal stakeholders.

  • Tertiary qualification in Land/Property Economics or equivalent industry experience
  • Extensive experience in property management and transactions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in interpreting relevant legislation and working in a fast-paced environment

  • Package: $96,668 - $108,266 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
  • Hours of work: Permanent Full-Time role 35 hours per week with the option of a 19 day month.
