Your Role in Our Team

As a Side Arm Driver, you’ll be at the wheel of change! Your primary mission will be to ensure timely waste collection across our Shire, supporting our Waste Services Business Unit in delivering efficient and cost-effective services. You’ll be part of a friendly team that values cooperation, safety, and a positive work environment.

In this role, you’ll have the chance to meet fantastic people, learn new skills, and make a real impact in your community. Plus, you’ll get to enjoy the freedom of driving while contributing to a cleaner environment!

Who We're Looking For

  • Must hold a valid HR Class driver’s licence - safety first!
  • Experience operating waste trucks? Perfect!
  • Good communication skills and a knack for teamwork are essential!
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform pre/post safety inspections are a plus!

  • Package: $72,719 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
  • Hours of work: Permanent full-time position, 38 hours per week with a 9 day fortnight
