Your Role in Our Team
As our Painter, you'll be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and construction tasks. This includes everything from reactive maintenance to planned projects, all designed to keep our public assets in top shape.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Deliver high-quality painting services that meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with our customers to provide top-notch service and support.
- Work independently while also being a team player, collaborating on various projects.
- Think critically and creatively to solve problems and enhance our operations.
Who We're Looking For
If you're enthusiastic about painting and have a knack for detail, we want you on our team! Our ideal candidate will have:
- A Painting & Decorating Trade Certificate (Cert 3) and a Building Industry Induction Certificate (white card).
- A valid Class C driver’s licence
- Certifications like Asbestos Awareness and Elevated Work Platform Licence would be a bonus
- A solid background in construction and maintenance, with a proven ability to interpret technical plans and specifications.
- A commitment to safety, teamwork, and continual improvement.

- Package: From $69,785 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week, 9 day fortnight.
