The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

As a Trade Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, helping deliver essential maintenance activities and minor projects. Your day-to-day tasks will involve everything from roof and gutter cleaning to graffiti removal and minor repairs like carpentry and painting. If you enjoy variety and being active, this role is for you!

You'll support our skilled tradespeople, assist with general labouring tasks, and work safely at heights with the right equipment. We’re looking for someone who is ready to jump in, lend a hand, and keep our community spaces looking their best.

Your Perfect Fit: Who We’re Looking For

We’re eager to welcome someone who not only meets the qualifications but also brings a positive attitude and a team-oriented spirit. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Essential: NSW Construction Induction Card (White Card) and a Class C driver’s licence.
  • Desirable: Elevated Work Platform Licence (EWP) and any additional relevant qualifications.
  • Experience: Proven experience in supporting trade maintenance or construction works.
  • Skills: A knack for communication and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.

  • Package: from $60,204 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
  • Hours of work: Permanent full-time position 38 hours per week with a 9-day fortnight
