As a Senior Customer Information Management Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Customer Service Operations team in delivering the Customer Strategy and essential services to our community.
About The Role
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling customer enquiries, processing incoming correspondence, and ensuring all information is accurately classified and captured in relevant systems.
You will also assist in the disposal of records in accordance with legislation, provide information services, and support the Customer Service Team as needed.
Who We Are Looking For
Do you have a tertiary qualification in Records Management or Information Management? Are you experienced in records management practises and familiar with electronic document management systems? If so, we want to hear from you!
- Demonstrated experience in records and information management
- Knowledge of State Records Act 1998
- Proficiency in using Electronic Document & Records Management Systems
- Experience in managing physical and electronic records

- Package: $72,921 - $81,668 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation
- Hours of work: Temporary Full Time 35 hours per week with option of 19-day month flex time arrangement. Opportunity expected to be available for up to 12 months. Applicants interested in part time hours will also be considered.
