Responsibilities That Drive Success

As a Business Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and administering business and emergency management processes within our Infrastructure Directorate. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to various stakeholders
  • Coordinating presentations and reports for executive and council meetings
  • Administering committees and steering groups
  • Developing and implementing processes to enhance customer service
  • Supporting special projects and business improvements
  • Overseeing financial aspects and communications within the Directorate

Your Profile for Success

We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

  • A Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • A Class C Driver's Licence
  • Strong planning and critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to anticipate and adapt to changing environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
