What You'll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact, delivering warm welcomes and lasting first impressions
- Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and payments using our digital systems
- Keep reception areas tidy, professional, and inviting
- Assist with customer feedback and help resolve issues with a smile
- Support daily admin tasks that keep our centres running like clockwork
Who We’re Looking For

- Experience in a fast-paced customer service or reception environment
- Great communication and conflict resolution skills
- Confidence using POS systems and handling transactions

- Interview date: Interviews will be facilitated within two weeks of advert closing.
- Package: $58,545 - $61,927 (full time equivalent) gross p.a. plus 12% super.
- Hours of work: Permanent full-time (38 hours per week) with option of 19-day month flex time arrangement available.
- Permanent temporary 20 hours per week also available. Shifts available depending on the varying operational needs of the Leisure Centres.
- Applicants must be willing to work hours across a 7 day a week spread, across all 3 Leisure Centres, operating from 5am – 9pm (Monday-Sunday).

Suitable candidates are subject to pre-employment screening which includes Reference Checks, Work Rights Verification, Identity and Functional/Medical History Checks (including Covid-19 Vaccination), and may also include a Criminal History, Qualification and Working with Children Check.
