As a Senior Customer Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Customer Service Operations team in delivering the Customer Strategy and essential services to our community.
About The Role
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling customer enquiries, processing incoming correspondence, and ensuring all information is accurately classified and captured in relevant systems.
Who We Are Looking For
Are you an experienced administrator with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to confidentiality? We’re looking for someone who can bring their expertise in managing correspondence and records to a fast-paced, professional environment.
You’ll ideally have:
- Extensive experience in administration, with a focus on triaging and organising incoming correspondence.
- A strong understanding of document naming conventions and structured storage systems.
- Proven experience working in an industry where privacy and confidentiality are essential.
- A proactive and organised approach to managing sensitive information and supporting team operations.

- Package: $72,921 - $81,668 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation
- Hours of work: Temporary Full Time. Opportunity expected to be available for up to 12 months. Applicants interested in part time hours will also be considered. You will have the option of a 19 day month through Council’s flex system.
Suitable candidates are subject to pre-employment screening which includes Reference Checks, Work Rights Verification, Identity and Functional/Medical History Checks (including Covid-19 Vaccination), and may also include a Criminal History, Qualification and Working with Children Check. Employment is subject to clearance of all these checks.
