Your Role as a Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of talented Project Managers. Your mission will be to embed a robust project management framework and foster an organisational culture that maximises our capacity to meet the community’s infrastructure needs.
You’ll have the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders, implement change management strategies, and ensure efficient project delivery that enhances community confidence in our Council.
Who You Are
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced candidate who is ready to take on the challenge of managing complex projects while inspiring a team of professionals.

- Tertiary Qualifications in either Engineering (Civil, Structural, Environmental), Construction, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver varied construction projects within complex stakeholder environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing project teams, stakeholder relationships, and governance forums across divisions.
- Comprehensive experience in preparing documentation, administering contracts, and working within local government or public sector environments.
Your ability to translate corporate strategic initiatives into actionable project deliverables will be crucial in driving our mission forward. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and guiding your team to success through mentorship and support.

- Package: $117,000 - $133,000 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation. (Salary will be determined based on the skills and experience of the successful applicant)
- Hours of work: Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week with option of 19 day month flex time arrangement.
