Position Overview
As the Team Leader – Civil Maintenance, you’ll lead a dedicated crew in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance works. Your leadership will shape a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You’ll ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures while driving high standards in customer service and operational delivery.

Candidate Profile
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about developing their team.
Essential:
- Certificate III in Civil Construction (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience leading a civil works team or significant leadership experience in a similar field.
- Valid Class C Driver’s Licence and WHS Induction Card (Whitecard).
- Proven ability to plan and manage workloads effectively.
- Competent in using mobile technology and IT systems to support productivity.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Desirable:
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Experience using survey instruments.

- Package: From $78.7171 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Full-time permanent position - 38 hours per week with a 9 day fortnight
