Position Overview
As a Civil Construction Worker, you’ll assist in the delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance works across civil assets. Reporting to a Team Leader or Leading Hand, you’ll carry out a range of physical tasks that help ensure our infrastructure remains safe, clean, and operational.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing maintenance and repair work on roads and stormwater systems.
- Operating tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assisting with traffic control and maintaining site safety.
- Keeping tools, equipment, and work areas clean and well-maintained.
- Providing courteous service to residents and road users.
Candidate Profile
We’re seeking reliable and motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team.
Essential:
- Valid Class C Driver’s Licence and WHS Induction Card (Whitecard).
- Experience in civil construction, maintenance, or similar fields.
- Skills in concrete finishing and asphalt laying.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Package: From $60,204 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation
- Hours of work: Permanent full time 38 hours per week - 9 day fortnight
