A temporary opportunity has become available for the role of Senior Duty Officer – Swim Programs within our Leisure Centres; this temporary opportunity is expected to be available from November 2025 until mid February 2026. This role is full time 38 hours per week spread across a 7 day roster to support the operational requirements of our Centres.
Join a vibrant team committed to delivering high-quality swim programs and community engagement. The successful candidate will be proactive and a confident administrator. This role will focus predominantly on supporting daily operations, key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Swim Programs team with daily rosters
- Handling Learn to Swim enquiries and booking assessments
- Managing timesheets for staff
- Supporting systems training and general administration duties
The successful candidate will be supported by two existing Senior Duty Officers and the Team Leader. Basic knowledge of Council systems is required, as well as a willingness to learn our new customer management platform, Perfect Gym.
