What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the first point of contact for customers as they arrive! Deliver warm welcomes and lasting first impressions
  • Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and payments using our digital systems
  • Keep reception areas tidy, professional, and inviting
  • Assist with customer feedback and help resolve issues with a smile
  • Support daily admin tasks that keep our centres running like clockwork

  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service or reception environment
  • Great communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Confidence using POS systems and handling transactions

  • Interview date: Interviews will be facilitated within two weeks of advert closing.
  • Package: $58,545 - $61,927 (full time equivalent) gross p.a. plus 12% super.
  • Hours of work: Permanent part time positions available from 10 - 20 hours per week. Temporary part time position available 20 hours per week, expected to be available until May 2026. Shifts available depending on the varying operational needs of the Leisure Centres. 
  • Applicants must be willing to work hours across a 7 day a week spread, across all 3 Leisure Centres, operating from 5am – 9pm (Monday-Sunday). Applicants must be prepared to be available for one weekend shift per week.

Suitable candidates are subject to pre-employment screening which includes Reference Checks, Work Rights Verification, Identity and Functional/Medical History Checks (including Covid-19 Vaccination), and may also include a Criminal History, Qualification and Working with Children Check.
