Your Role and Impact
As the Store Supervisor, you will lead the end‑to‑end management of procurement activities and the operational performance of our stores. You will take a proactive approach to maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring stock is monitored, replenished, and controlled in a way that delivers value for money and supports efficient operational outcomes.
Your leadership will ensure that supply requests are actioned promptly, internal customers receive timely and reliable service, and all store functions operate in alignment with broader service delivery requirements. You will champion strong governance practices, uphold accuracy in all inventory records, and drive continuous improvement across store operations to support the organisation’s service commitments.
Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, as well as collaborate closely with internal customers and suppliers to enhance our stores profile and contribute to a thriving community.
Who We Are Looking For
We seek an individual who is passionate about logistics and community service, with a strong background in stores operations. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Essential: Motor Vehicle Licence, Forklift Licence, and a minimum Year 10 School Certificate.
- Desirable: Purchasing Certificate and experience in a similar role.
- A commitment to occupational health and safety practises.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills, with a focus on team collaboration.

- Package: From $88,129 - 93,415 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Permanent Full Time 38 hour week role - 38-hour week with a 9-day fortnight
