Your Role as a Revenue Officer
As a Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to our customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, and maintaining the integrity of our financial records. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our rating and debtor databases in compliance with industry standards and regulations

Your Profile
Do you have proven experience in a high-volume transactional environment with a strong attention to detail? If so, we welcome your application to join the team.
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend and apply relevant legislation and policies.
- Strong customer service experience in debt recovery and working knowledge of debt recovery procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.

- Package: $72,921-$77,297 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Permanent Full Time. You will have the option of a 19 day month through Council’s flex system.
