As Senior Manager - Customer and Engagement, you’ll lead a dedicated team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our services remain responsive, accessible and aligned with community needs. With over 230,000+ residents, your work will make a tangible difference.

You will be a trusted advisor to the CEO, Executive, Senior Leadership Team, and Elected representatives while shaping Council’s reputation, supporting strategic initiatives, and leading crisis communications when needed.

As Senior Manager - Customer and Engagement, you will lead a diverse team of professionals to deliver impactful customer, communications, and engagement strategies, and influencing decisions at scale across a complex organisation. 

A positive attitude and a strategic mindset are critical, with a focus on how we can make a difference and deliver brilliant outcomes for our community. Reporting directly to the Director Corporate, the Senior Manager - Customer and Engagement will require exceptional leadership capability and proven success in customer experience, corporate communications and community engagement.
