Your Role in Our Green Team
As a Horticulturist, you will be involved in the maintenance and presentation of our horticultural assets, working either at a fixed site or as part of a mobile team. You’ll plan and deliver a wide range of horticultural activities while ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Your efforts will have a direct and visible impact on the quality and usability of our open spaces, helping to enhance the enjoyment of residents and visitors alike.
Are You the One We’re Looking For?
- Certificate 3 Horticulture or equivalent qualifications in a related field is essential for this role as well as experience in a similar role.
- NSW - WHS General Induction Card (White card).
- Possess a Chemcert (AQF3) or equivalent qualification.
- Class MR Licence – valid or willingness to complete within 6 months of appointment.
- A strong commitment to safety and compliance.
- Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with staff, peers, and the public

- Package: $69,785 - $75,891 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation (Salary will be determined based on the skills and experience of the successful candidate).
- Hours of work: Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week with 9 day fortnight. Overtime may be offered during peak season.
