As a full-time Labourer in Horticulture, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission. You will work alongside a dedicated team, engaging in hands-on maintenance tasks that contribute to the beauty and sustainability of the environment around you.
Position Overview
Key duties include:
- General horticultural and grounds maintenance works
- Operation and routine maintenance of horticultural machinery and equipment
- Safe application of horticultural chemicals
- Assisting with work programs and daily tasks as directed
- Completing risk assessments and complying with WHS policies and procedures
Candidate Profile
- NSW WHS General Induction Card (White card) is essential for this role
- Experience: Minimum two years in a similar role is idea as well as strong communication skills.
- Core Attributes: Decision-making skills, goal-oriented, effective communication, and a positive team player.
- Certificate II in Horticulture or related field, chainsaw training and Chemcert qualification would be desirable

- Package: From $55,800 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Full Time permanent position 38 hours per week with a 9 day fortnight
