Your role in Our Vision
As the Public Presentation Manager, you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of public space cleaning and presentation services across the Sutherland Shire.
You’ll oversee town centres, roads, footpaths and civic areas—ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and meet community expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing public place presentation services, including cleaning, litter management and road sweeping
- Driving service performance through monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement
- Managing budgets, resources and operational delivery
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and legislative requirements
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Leading and developing a high-performing, safety-focused team
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an energetic, forward‑thinking leader who is passionate about public service and community wellbeing. You will bring a strong background in public place presentation or asset maintenance, along with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
You will also bring:
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop, and support teams
• Strong knowledge of public place maintenance and presentation best practices
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Experience in budget planning and financial management to support sustainable decision‑making
