Driver Labourer - Multiple Positions

  • You will have all mandatory Licences for the Driver Labourer position (ensuring that these are valid at all times).
  • You will uphold agreed levels of service for quality, function and safety.
  • You will be a positive brand ambassador of Sutherland Shire Council.

Things You’ll Do:

  • You will be responsible for maintenance and construction of Council’s civil assets, including all road and stormwater infrastructure.
  •  You will support a mixture of both planned and reactive projects.
  •  You will drive heavy vehicles for Council’s Civil Operations as directed.
  •  You will also be responsible for undertaking labouring and other related duties (as and when required and complete work under the direction of the Foreman and /or Plant Allocator).

  • Package: $54,000 - $57,000 gross p.a. plus superannuation
  • Hours of work: Permanent Full Time, working 38 hours per week, 9 day fortnight.
