- Managing and leading a quality Early Education and care service which is responsive to children, families & the community.
- Ensuring that the Centre operates in accordance with the Education & Care Services National Law & Regulations, National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Building collaborative and positive partnerships with families and the community.
- Providing superior leadership and mentoring to a team of highly regarded professionals.
- Ensuring all children receive high-quality care in an environment that is safe, caring, stimulating and nurturing of individual differences as they learn and grow physically, intellectually, creatively, socially and emotionally.
Things You’ll Do:
- Ensure that children are a provided with a warm, safe and nurturing setting to thrive in.
- Ensure a high quality early learning program is implemented for individual and groups of children.
- Guide and lead teaching practices at the centre that reflect contemporary research and best practice.
- Liaise and build positive relationships with families and the community through advocating for and promoting early education and care.
- Lead guide and support team members to implement the program, philosophy and legislative requirements.

The Fine Print:

- Package: $96,474 - $102,261 gross p.a. plus superannuation.
- Hours of work: Temporary and Permanent Full-Time opportunities available, 35 hours per week, with the option of a 19 day month. Job share positions may be considered for suitable applicants.
- Applicants must be able to work a range of shifts from 6.45am – 6.15pm, Monday - Friday.
