We are currently accepting applications for a passionate Assistant Venue Manager to join our dynamic Front of House team. You will be responsible for leading the  operation of the restaurant, enhancing the culture of passion, quality, care and relentless dedication in sharing the highest qualify hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve
  • Lead and coach a diverse team of people ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything that you do
  • Monitoring of wages, comps and wastages
  • Team member rostering in line with forecasting and budgeting
  • Assisting the guests with any feedback and actioning as appropriate
  • Contribute to a culture of care and safety, ensuring it becomes a way of life within the business
  • Ensuring venue presentation is at a high standard at all times
  • Liaising with other departments on a regular basis
  • A high knowledge of the product produced in venue

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in managing and coaching teams
  • Ability to own situations and make decisions as necessary
  • RSA essential, RMLV desired
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Qualification in Hospitality desired
