We are currently recruiting for our next Floor Manager to join our dynamic and passionate front of house team. Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for leading by example demonstrating exceptional service, training team members and overseeing front of house operations during peak periods.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve.
  • Lead and coach a diverse team, ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything that you do.
  • Assisting the guests with any feedback and actioning as appropriate
  • Contribute to a culture of care and safety, ensuring it becomes a way of life within the business.
  • A high knowledge of the product produced in the venue.
  • Ensuring venue presentation is always at a high standard.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous leadership experience in a high-end venue
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • RMLV desired
