Inspired by Head Chef Louis Tikaram’s global travels and local roots, Stanley’s menu celebrates world-class seafood, meat, and produce. Showcasing traditional Cantonese flavours with a fresh, creative twist, Stanley champions local ingredients and a uniquely Australian dining experience.

Stanley is currently recruiting for a dynamic Venue Manager who’s all about providing energy, passion, and unforgettable guest experiences. At Stanley, we are more than just service, we champion good food, connection and a great team culture. As our Venue Manager, you’ll uphold a great team vibe, mentor and inspire your team.

This is a key leadership role where your personality, passion, and presence will shape the entire experience. You’ll be the heartbeat of Stanley making sure every guest leaves with a story to tell.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage team member rostering in line with forecasting and budgets.
  • Liaise with chefs and marketing to execute weekly menu updates and printing.
  • Leading from the front to ensure your team understand what daily tasks look like.
  • Up-skilling and developing each team member around product knowledge and service.
  • Responsible for day to day operations and business performance.
  • Execute world class guest service. Leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve.
  • Support the strong and practical systems and processes that are in place to maintain our care and safety vision.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources regarding team management activities and have a solid knowledge of company policies and procedures.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven previous experience in hospitality management in a fast-paced environment
  • A natural leader with strong communication and team building skills
  • Financial acumen and confidence with reporting and forecasting
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
