Inspired by Head Chef, Louis Tikaram’s travels across the globe and grounded by his local roots. Stanley’s menu showcases some of the best seafood, meat, vegetables, and fruit in the world.

We are currently now recruitment for a passionate and experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join our leadership team. As our Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll support the Venue Manager and General Manager in leading day-to-day operations, motivating and mentoring the team, and ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. This role is perfect for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building strong team culture, and takes pride in delivering memorable service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve
  • Lead and coach a diverse team of people ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything that you do
  • Monitoring of wages, comps and wastages
  • Team member rostering in line with forecasting and budgeting
  • Assisting the guests with any feedback and actioning as appropriate
  • Contribute to a culture of care and safety, ensuring it becomes a way of life within the business
  • Ensuring venue presentation is at a high standard at all times
  • Liaising with other departments on a regular basis
  • A high knowledge of the product produced in venue

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within premium dining or high-volume hospitality
  • A hands-on leader who leads by example and motivates their team
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • A passion for hospitality, great food, and creating memorable experiences
  • Current RSA
