Are you ready to do what you love? Join our team as a Duty Manager at Stanley Restaurant.

Inspired by Head Chef, Louis Tikaram’s travels across the globe and grounded by his local roots. Stanley’s menu showcases some of the best seafood, meat, vegetables, and fruit in the world.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Duty Manager will oversee shift operations, support the team, and ensure guests receive outstanding service from start to finish. You’ll be a key presence on the floor, supporting staff performance, driving service standards, and handling any operational issues as they arise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and supervise the floor team during service
  • Ensure a high standard of guest experience across all touchpoints
  • Coordinate staffing, section allocations, and service flow
  • Support staff training, coaching, and performance in real time
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, and venue policies
  • Assist with opening/closing duties, cash handling, and reporting
  • Work closely with bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Drive a positive culture and ensure smooth communication across the team

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Duty Manager / Supervisor in a high-volume premium venue
  • Strong leadership skills and confidence managing teams during peak trade
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and operational awareness
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Current RSA and RMLV
