The team at Stanley are now recruiting for a Host Manager. This is a rare opportunity where you’ll be the face of the venue, setting the tone from the moment guests arrive. You’ll lead a high-performing host team, manage reservations and guest flow, and ensure every guest experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and develop the host team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee reservations, seating plans, and guest flow during high-volume service
• Act as the key point of contact for VIPs, events, and special requests
• Work closely with Venue Management and FOH leaders to optimise service delivery
• Maintain a polished, professional front-of-house presence at all times

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in a Host, Reservations, or Guest Experience leadership role
• Experience with SevenRoom or similar
• Experience working within a high-volume premium establishment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Exceptional communication and people management skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods
