Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience, leading from the floor with presence and precision. You will inspire your team through exceptional service standards, deliver seamless operations during peak service periods, and contribute to a culture that values excellence, energy, and genuine hospitality.

Key responsibilities include:

• Curating and elevating the guest experience, with a continuous focus on refinement and improvement
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing and diverse team
• Managing guest feedback with professionalism and care, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution
• Embedding a strong culture of safety, wellbeing, and accountability
• Demonstrating a deep understanding of the menu, product, and overall venue offering
• Upholding impeccable venue presentation and operational standards at all times

What we are looking for:

• Proven leadership experience within a premium or high-end hospitality environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to remain composed and decisive in a fast-paced setting
• A current RMLV (desirable)
